Week 1, Day 3 Workout

I actually tried to think of a way of getting out of this workout. Not motivated at all and wanted the easy way out. Well, I sucked it up and did my workout. It felt like someone unscrewed the upper half of my body and filled the rest with cement. OUCH - it all hurt. My toes are jammed up in the front of my shoes (yes, I wear an 11 and they are still too damn small). Oh well, I got thru it. Week one accomplished....
