Week 1: Day 5

I will be so honest, I tried to think of every excuse to get out of this - but, I stuck to it and did it. I will be honest also and say in the middle of the workout I skipped the jog cycle once and walked - my legs felt like lead. No energy but refusing to give up. Sadly we have alot going on right now that makes my mind wonder. I was really hoping to focus just on this for awhile (beside the usual stuff) but life does not always think that way. Ok, that being said, tomorrow is my next workout - week 2 - hope I do ok.
